I got this message several times I tried *The transaction was not authorized. Please contact your payment provider for additional assistance.*
I just purchased from another site things I need and everything works fine; So I red on the forum and saw a different address from the card which I asked to be modify; I made ticket and the guy is telling me I should contact my bank!! There is no pb with my bank, the card is full of money and no limit and I just bought and used it ... works perfectly; Do the guyz there who supposed to work are doing their job, the site: Bethesda dont need our money or what? May be is the address different from my card and that should be the problem?? I bought crowns from here since the release of the game and no problem; Sugestions?

    thank you, I already did this and tried on multiple PC; Nothing works; They need to change my card address which is Romania but in fact is France, but nobody answer

    I already made 7 tickets!!! They gave me almost same answers; The problem is at crown store web site; I bought a lot of crowns in the past and never got problems; I used mu cards today for verifying, and all worked nicely and easy!!! Why can t them just solve this issue? [snip]

    Instead of making multiple tickets, please reply to your first ticket on the issue. Please be aware repeatedly updating your ticket or submitting multiple for the same issue can cause a delay in getting a response.

    This confirmation will automatically log you out of the account page.
    Check your new ESO account email for an Activation email and follow the instructions.
    Sign back in to your account to confirm that change to email address associated with your account has occurred.*

    they close the tickets, they didn t solve the problem, they are keep telling me to open a new ticket then they close it

    This is the last method to solve issues on eso Zeimax.... I hope I didnt break any rule by telling this
