Endless Archive No Longer Curated?

After the latest Hotfix it appears that Endless Archive is no longer curated?

In this video you can see my experience playing a Necromancer, receiving a ‘Wrathsun Bow’ which is a Templar drop when I have yet to finish my Nobility in Decay collection.

Now my question is this, is this an unintended consequence of the Hotfix or was it intended?

We thought this was an issue before the hotfix, the hotfix didn't change it.

It's working as intended.

Read the note, "After receiving the POSSIBLE entirety of your class item set, you will get drops from the other classes." emphasis mine.

Act 1 drops armour only.
Act 2 drops weapon/jewelry only.

I believe it alternates as you go further, but I don't have enough personal data to be sure.

Therefore, you got all your Necro weapons, so another class' weapon dropped.

When u kill the boss u get 1 out of: weapon and jewerly, light armor, medium armor, heavy armor. If u roll weapon and u have all weapons from your class set then u get from a diffrent class. Its curated but there is some rng as u have 4 diffrent types of items to drop.

I have a similar issue.I have all sets full except necro and I receive non-necro drops (running as arcanist). Necro is missing weapons + armor, yet i receive other class sets which are already in my collection.
