Elder Scrolls launcher live.2758123 crashes

The new launcher keeps crashing and I've tried to repair it but it's stuck on 95% and the error message is:

Failed to access content on disk - [5:3:964:5]

I don't understand what the problem is, everything is working fine on the PC. Why has the launcher stopped working and why can't it be repaired?

First, do you have enough space on your drive? We recommend about 15% of your drive should be free to run these operations properly.

Additionally, there may a write permissions issue, in which case you may want to run the launcher as an administrator.

Nothing worked, so I ended up deleting the folders manually to make sure it was uninstalled. I'm reinstalling it right now, hoping the launcher doesn't bug out again.

Deleting everything and reinstalling worked. Game runs fine now.
