Difference between Wrathful Strikes & Untamed Aggression

What is the difference between Untamed Aggression & Wrathful Strikes? Which one is better for PvP play?

One caps at 150, the other at 205.

Wrathful gives slightly more, but affects only damage. Untamed gives slightly less, but affects healing too. Pick either, full buff yourself and compare tooltips or damage on a dummy or something then decide. Of course both are irrelevant in BGs since CP doesn't work there.
