Nobility in Decay - Cooldown Reduction Bugged

The cooldown reduction part of the necromancer class set is currently not working at all, just tested this with the class set and 3 Bone Tyrant abilities slotted on back bar.

The set is a hot mess right now. The tooltip is all over the place and a lot of players are reporting inconsistencies with how it's functioning.

The only thing that works on this set is the "treating you as a corpse" part it seems.

It's still bugged Maybe they will fix it alongside the new necromancer buffs
