Piercing Cold Passive

I think the Piercing Cold Passive should include bows along with ice staves to provide stamina wardens with a unique weapon choice while not being over powered by the higher weapon and spell damage given by dual wield and two handed.

Bows have a damage bonus and ice staves do not. That is the reason why this bonus exists. Piercing cold should be looked at, but only to make the bonus that everyone gets to be better, and the frost staff bonus should be changed, Probably to only buff frost damage dealt so you don't feel obligated to run it unless you want to play a frost warden build.PvE Frost Warden Main and teacher.
