Bonus to Minor/Major buffs doesnt apply to sets

The Vision Extended Favor should increase all Minor and Major buffs and debuffs by 50% (or 62% with buff).
However all buffs applied through sets or through CPs are not affected by it.
Since the Vision never said it had to come from abilities i deem this a bug.

I can't think of a single CP that applies either a major or minor buff. Would have thought any minor or major buff applied from a proc set would have their duration extended though....

Minor Heroism is applied by Hope Infusion.

Those are the only ones I recall other than Hope Infusion
