Weird stutter bug

Okay, let me explain real quick.. I usually have stable 100 fps, but then after playing like 10 minutes or so the game stutters heavily (down to 1 fps for a second in every few seconds) When this happens i change random graphic settings for example switching between dlss to dlaa and it goes back to 100 fps again for another 10 minutes. And this keeps happening over and over. I have to switch between settings every 10 minutes.

What's wrong?

Support asked me to create a new windows profile so I've made a new windows profile in default settings just for this game, to see if it runs smooth in there and if anything windows related was the problem.
Later I found out the Auto HDR under the display settings in windows settings was causing it.
The game run smooth when Auto HDR was disabled in the main windows profile.
Appears to be, Auto HDR also reduces some other game's performances too.
Disabling it, increased the performances of various other games..
Glad it's fixed now
