Basalt-Blooded Warrior DK Set Bug

Currently on live the Basalt-Blooded Warrior set does not properly swap stances if it is being used on only a single bar. Using it on your primary bar and swapping to a secondary bar that has a different set will leave the Major Heroism running as is. Conversely, using it on your secondary bar will provide the healing and shield buffs to both bars as long as the set is not also equipped to the primary bar. If both bars are equipped with the set it functions as intended.

✭✭✭✭If the set is not active on your back bar, the game does not recognize the set as enabled there and will not change to the back-bar stance when you switch. This seems to be intentional, as you should not be able to benefit from the back bar stance if the set is not active on the back bar.
ETA: Interestingly, though, there was this note under "known issues" from 9.2.3: "Basalt-Blooded Warrior: This set does not currently interact properly with bar swapping while the set is only active on one bar in some cases."
This was not listed under the Known Issues for this set with the live notes for 9.2.5. Either it was a missed patch note or this aspect of the set is working as intended.Edited by virtus753 on November 10, 2023 8:19PM2 -
Panderbander✭✭✭✭✭Whether or not it's intended is beyond me, it just seems that the intent is for the buff to vary based on what bar you're on rather than being able to pick one of the buffs and getting a 100% uptime on that buff. ✭✭✭✭You’d deffo have to have it on both bars to have the swapping, but yeah seems weird you’re getting the backbar buff on frontbar and vice versa. They are already aware of this, they said so when they dropped patch 40.0 -
