It is just me or shouldnt the yellow parts be glowing way more?

It feels like its a low budget version of the preview to me. Is it my graphic card/setting or does it shows like this to you guys aswell?

i actually honestly like the toned down version by the looks of it, i was heavily debating it based on the showcase picture, but it seemed way too bright to me

None of them ever look like the showcase.

i feel the same the ingame item didnt reflect the showcase at all, showcase is way brighter than the one in crownstore.

It's very disappointing, they looked so cool in the showcase but the texture looks like yellow plastic ingame. It looks really wierd...

The preview feels like someone who mastered food photography found the perfect lighting to place them in. The textures in-game were a disappointment. They look like they got some off-white paint splashed on them, and aren't artifacts reforged by Zenithar's light. 😞

Yeah my shield is the same, looks more like cracked/peeling gold paint than the glowly stuff show cased.

The,showcase makes it look like the zenithar light gleams onto other parts of the weapon, but the in-game version looks like its altogether separate from the other weapon areas.
Doesn't look great.

Hmm, disappointing. The showcase images do lead one to assume it has reflective textures but it doesn't. Come to think of it the engine probably can't handle reflections like that so perhaps not that surprising. A shame though, I really liked the models.

It looks like something has gone wrong. If I had purchased that item I would be wanting a refund. Not as advertised. Let us hope they fix the graphics on it.

As someone who purchased it, I am personally satisfied. I notice the glow shows better indoors and not under direct sunlight.

But regardless I’m happy. Not saying others have to be!

If you use it for a Nightblade it will just glow red anyway 🤷🏻‍♂️

I wanted to get it, but decided not to get it when I saw the actual items. If it's going to be fixed, I might get it. If this is what they intended for it to be I won't get it and the person that made the crownstore picture should get into food advertisement.

@ZOS_Kevin can you confirm if this is a bug (that will be fixed), or is this as it's supposed to be?

I actually prefer it the way it is too. I bought it because it looked better than the showcase to me. I prefer the fact that there's no light spillover.

The way they do their images has bothered me for a while. There's always been this use of overpainting which is obvious if you know what you're looking for. This one has also been enhanced with FOV and bloom. It's not vanilla.

I'm generally disappointed with how they went and made the design decision to 'break' the weapons in the first place. They would have been so much better, in my opinion, if they were whole and with a yellow/gold glowing enchantment effect like most other arms packs.

It seems to be a running trend with ZOS to take the more 'functional' weapon designs, make something really good, and then give it a gimmick that completely ruins it. Feels like every time I hope for a nice, ornate, yet still functional sword design, they curl the finger on a monkey paw. "Yes, you can have the basic design, but...."

The "glow" effect being stationary and on at all times just makes it look like someone accidentally spilled paint on the weapons. The weapons would be much better if they had an actual glow effect added to them, which turns on when the weapons are drawn and turns off when they are put away. Like pretty much all the other weapons in the game with glow effects. Why did they change the formula here? No idea, but it looks terrible lol.

Actually I caved and bought it, and I am so glad I did, as it might not be as glowy as the advertisement, but it still looks pretty nice dyed and gives off a lovely warm ambient glow.

You need Bloom on to see it right,in the right lighting.I tested it on max graphics and it looks similar to ad with my 4600G gpu.It's the lighting angle on the items.Different video cards,monitors, and settings will make things look a bit different.You can preview it ingame before buying,ususally jsut click bundle details if it a set like this one.

I'm a bit puzzled over why the Anvil of Zenithar style doesn't contain a mace or maul.
