Help needed with TTC - listings not being uploaded

For several months I've been having issues with TTC not posting my own listings to the website. It used to be fast. Now it takes over an hour (so long that it may be someone else posting the data). I see it posting sales data and other items, but not my listings.

Details:

• I do run the desktop client (every time I list items; I don't always keep it running constantly)
• With TTC client running, I reload UI after I list my items from the bank
• I've tried actually visiting the trader, searching my items, and reloading UI with TTC running
• I've tried updating TTC via Minion, as well as manually un/reinstalling

None of that helped so far. Only one reply I've gotten elsewhere mentioned logging in to the TTC website, but I don't even have an account, never done that in all the years I've used it, and guildies who are not having trouble with listing uploads are also not logging in.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or fixed it. I have asked on the TTC page as well, no reply yet.

EDIT: "Fixed" it: by turning off automatic data collection and guild uploads. So I can only upload my own listings for mine to be listed at all. That's too bad, but not sure what the problem is otherwise.

I bet you will get a better reply by the author then and maybe a fix, if he got one or can code one.

For me it sounds like if that setting is enabled it will upload all guild's data and that may be slow as the API needs to get the data from the server first, and that's something that happens in the background by ZOs code [which was changed in the past ~2 years ago?] to be slow and delayed to make the server stay stable. Else 10000000users requested guild's sales and listings data at the same time, repetivley, for a timeframe x -> made the server send many requests and answers and all players got high pings up to server unresponsiveness or even crashes... As this is controlled by Zos it can be even getting slower the more players requests stuff at the same time).

When I want my items to hit TTC's website I always do the same thing, as I know it works....

I list all the new items and then I scan all my stores(I always without exception have the client open in the background anyway), it will pop up a message about a bug meaning you can only see the scan progess in the chat box.

Depending if you have only new listings or still some older ones too, you can either scan the whole store, or just the first few pages(there are 100 listings per page), just click the pop up box if you wish to end the scan early and confirm, then reload ui.

By the time I go to the website, if I have scanned multiple stores, my items are all there, the ones from the earliest scan often show "last seen" as several minutes ago.

This method had two benefits if you scan the whole store you refresh not just all of your listings but those of your guildies too!

Yes, without doing a reloadui the data wil not be saved to the SavedVariables (and only these data can be read by external tools like the TTC client then AFTEr it has been written to your disk/SSD). That counts for all addons and also explains why you might loose saved data/addon settings if your client crashes e.g.

Thank you both but these I think are covered in the OP: bullet point 3 (by search I mean I have hit the scan button as well, did not make a difference), and by "TTC page" I meant the one on ESOUI. Appreciate the replies anyway, weird case I guess.
