Anybody elses visions stuck at "Current Bonus 0%"?

Excuse the german language in the screenshot, but here's the case:
Just reached stage four and thought I should have a look at my collected visions before I decide on the next one.
Every single one of them, except the vision that increases your critical heals, is stuck at 0%.
So is that a reappearance of the bug we know from PvP where effect appear for years in your bufflist?
Or part of the reappearance from the trial/dungeon bug that forces people to unequip everything after the morph levels?
Or is it supposed to show 0% despite in some cases being stacks of 2 and more and I simply can't decipher this right?
