Endess Archive Bug Sudden Ending

So we reached yesterday Arch Level 7 with 2 Lifes remaining. I go quickly afk cause my friend wanna pick up one of those buffes.
I come back suddenly the trash is pulled while my friend is still choosing her buff to buy.
I didnt move i didnt pull i was just sorting my inventory from those skulls.

So i prepare to tank till my friend comes back. Suddenly I get ported back to the entrance with the comment we have no strings left.
Our rund ended at 222k points. How can it be that the run ends before you have used all your strings ? Without even dieing.
Thats annoying and needs a fix immidately.

I had exactly the same once. I think it happens, when you enter a new floor and let the wave wait too long. So we always do our breaks before entering the portal. Didn't happen since then anymore. It's just a guess tho.

This just happened to me. Solo 6-1-2 on wave 3 and got kicked out to the index and the run ended.

On wave 1 and 2, I pulled mobs back to the entrance so I could AoE them down around a corner with line of sight. Wave 3 spawned which might have been too far away from entrance. If mobs can't engage then the run might end.
