I checked with some friends to make sure I wasn't the only one in this situation. Is this an intentional change? as I don't see a patch notes for this maintenance. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin

Lykeion✭✭✭✭✭This was added in update 39:While grouped, you can no longer leave an instanced area while in combat.
It was soon removed after U39: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/643267/pc-mac-patch-notes-v9-1-7#latest1
