Actually the problem is in the description - Avast deleted eso64.exe.
How to restore without reinstalling the game?

It puts all items deemed hazardious into the "virus vault" so they can be recorded and said data is sent back to the HQ, after which the virus in the vault is then purged after X days based on user settings0 -
