Unable to leave instance while in combat again

Pretty much what the title says. Not sure if this is a bug or an intended shadowchange with U40 that was not mentioned. If intended, reiterating all the reasons it was terrible and was changed back in the first place:
- trial instances bug a lot to where you can't get out of combat even after a group wipe, the only way to fix it now is to disband, port out and reform, which is a massive waste of time;
- there are fights where not being out of combat is scripted, such as doing the quest in Volenfell;
- this prevents prog groups from resetting the instance quickly after a death, wasting people's time.
If the devs find that porting out while grouped and in combat is an avenue that is abused for no-death achievements, again - please just make porting out of the instance lose Vitality instead of blocking it completely.
