Where can I get the Passion Dancer Garment fragments now?

Hi everyone,

I joined ESO again during the Necrom event after a very long absence and wanted to get the Passion Dancer Garment. I was able to assemble the pet and get the first of the 3 fragments for the actual garment during that event. Now I see that this time around, the Impresario doesn't offer those anymore! Anyone know when or where to get the other fragments? I don't wanna start with the mount fragments as I don't know whether I'll keep playing long enough to gather them all (plus I already have an awesome mount from way back when in Blackwood), and none of the other rewards from the Witches Festival interest me. So I'm currently sitting on 11 event tickets, contemplating whether or not to even participate in the rest of the event.

That Garment was a Q3 thing and you happened to come back during last event of Q3. However, all of the fragments for everything released this year will be at Impresario during final event of year, New Life. New Life generally runs from a little before Christmas to a little after New Years, and is usually quite generous with tickets (typically 3 per day). If you can go into New Life with 10+ tickets, that plus the tickets from event should be more than enough to complete Garment.

There will be another event between Witch Fest and New Life, dedicated to the Blackwood and Deadlands zones. That is the event you will want to come out of with 10+ tickets. You can still buy stuff during Witch Fest as you have entire Blackwood/Deadlands event to earn tickets before Garment fragments return at end of year.

I'm in the same position, so have picked up the flower thing during the Witches Festival with the intent of getting the passion dancer garment during New Life. Other tickets will be going to the Indrik vendor.
