Guild Bank History has no information about Master Writs withdrawn.

I'm on PC-NA, checking the Guild Bank History for a Guild which I'm the GM of.

Since Update 40, no Master Writs that have been WITHDRAWN have any information about them.

I have turned off all addons and quit the client to remove cached data, but the writ voucher number and description of the writ are still missing.

It definitely isn't one broken writ - it is everything in the current Guild Bank History, including writs whose information is present in their Deposit history.

This is a real problem for guilds which have a rule such as "if you want to use Master Writs from the Guild Bank to level then you MUST replace them with Master Writs of a similar writ voucher number". Especially now when we're all trying to save up for the new Grand Master Crafting Stations!

    Update: I went to PC-EU, which I have not visited today, and turned off all addons before even loading a character.

    I discovered the exact same thing there - that all Master Writs withdrawn from the Guild Bank have no data.

    To check whether only Master Writs withdrawn before Update 40 were affected, I deposited a Master Writ myself and immediately withdrew it.

    After restarting the client, I discovered that the bug is also present on Master Writs withdrawn during Update 40.

    By the way, PC-EU has a Bank History bug which PC-NA does not have. You have to log out to the password screen, i.e. log completely out of the client before Bank History refreshes. I hope this bug is being worked on.
