Endless Archive Seeker Transformation

During the stage where you're transformed into a Seeker and must find the books, upon exiting the stage, all of my set bonus were disabled. I had to unequip and re-equip a piece from each set I was wearing to fix the issue. The pieces I had to equip again were Sargent's Mail, Noble Duelest, and Oakensoul ring.
This happened twice to both my wife and I.
