quest order of the new moon has invisible wall you cannot pass

done most of the quest and get to where the dragon is opposite some wooden platforms and you kill a few trash and go down a few flights of steps. at the bottom to to left is a path into a cave entrance and as you enter it you suddenly stop and cannot go any further. there is an invisible wall and you cannot go any further and just get hit by the ice aoe bombs off the dragon. i watched a video and the guy just runs through here with no issues. wondering if its started after todays update. i have not abandoned and restarted the quests as its very long with moving loads of cubes to switches by hitting them so i didnt want to have to abandon and restart it.

tried abandoning the quest and re running quest and was 3 players all stuck at same place so its a bug. not just me getting it. the others need to get passwords to post on the forums so this gets fixed

Same here. Im on my new char and tried to do this today but stuck with invisible wall.

I don't remember for this particular quest, but I remember a bug a while back that caused this issue if you are grouped. Have you tried doing the quest without grouping or a companion?

i was not grouped last night and i was bugged and still had this problem. might have to restart it with out a companion and see if that works

I just hit this one, too. Seems to be new with this update, maybe? I've tried just about everything and I have done this on other characters in the past. This is with my crafting alt and I'm trying to unlock the crafting station at Dragonguard, so I'm stuck here.

trying to do the same thing, for that u have to do the daily quests until there is a fix

Me too, send 3 Tickets to the support but no reaction. And about 6 more Players got the same problem at the same time with me in the same instance , so its a Systemproblem, not a addon-bug. So the Dragonstory is now unplayable for all Players ! And sry about my bad english, but Schools out for more then 35y.

And I interrupted the quest and restarted it, but still the same problem.

definately looks like its a bug and will just have to wait and see how long till this gets fixed and cannot complete story quests for this zone now so see if @zos kevin has any update on it

Always the same problem and much more Players without a chance to complete the storyquest and unlock the crafting station. And when I take a look at the seeker's archive, I see that the bug has existed since June. ZOS know it and will fix it, but no Informatiuon, when they will do it.

Same issue here. Wanted to do that quest with a friend yesterday and got stuck in that invisible wall blocking the entrance of the tunnel. Please fix this fast

Same issue here, I was playing with a friend and it was bugged for both of us whether we were grouped or solo. We both submitted a ticket. Such a bummer

Hey ZOS, usually Kevin is very response to these forum threads, however I have not seen any. I hope one of you will respond.

I attempted this quest with a new character, and had the exact problem as everyone else in this thread.
See at least ticket #: 231106-001686 and Ticket: 231101-002219 there may be more.

The ticket response states "You will not receive a further response to this ticket.".

How is that supposed to be an adequate reply to a quest blocking issue? At least one of you should respond in this forum since the tickets will not have an response and thus are worthless. Is there something else all of need to do?

I am hoping if there are enough support tickets, @ZOS names added, eso forum threads or reddit forum posts, they will add it higher in the queue to resolve it.

I heard these actions occurred for the deadlands quest using those light shards leading to the insane man who created her head ornament.
