This. They usually have one new morph per quarter, and we’re on the mount now. But they all come back for the New Life Festival.

(Note that that’s for the yearly collectables; the Indrik mounts are quarterly and DON’T come back for New Life, but they’ll be back the next time their season rolls around.)

Yes, all of the fragments for this year's collectibles should be available during the final event of the year (New Life).
