I'm downloading in China. I tried downloading without VPN which was impossible. With the VPN I was able to download but trying to install with a download rate of less than 10 KB/S is brutal. Any tips?

bt86bt✭✭I just wanted to confirm the same issue. Does not apply to PC but to mac aswell. The ESO services are blocked in China, it is not possible to connect without an VPN.
I am only in China for a few weeks so I am okey but I recommend that you set up VPN before entering China since also alot of instructions for VPN-services seems to be blocked here.
