After all this time, we finally get Hollowjack added to the game. Under the alias of Khal H. Hughez which is an anagram of Hollowjack's real name, Hha-Lugh-Zhek. it was fun to see him as well as all the decorations this year.

while i was documenting all the witches festival dialogue, i found that the various fears tend to spawn their related fears from the various detritus encounter spawns

Where do you come across this NPC? Is it a random encounter during the festival? Also, agreed about the decorations, they are such a great touch making the towns having a festive atmosphere!

Jup, those are random encounter on the maps ( got one with a tomestone and 2 others about hollowjack),
got my on the basic game maps, dont know if encounters can be on dlc maps

He called out to me (warning me to stay away from him) when I was inside the Ayleid ruin between the wayshrine and Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary in Gold Coast.
I was reading the note from Raynor Vanos you find there when Lord Hollowjack called out, but I couldn't find him when I came out of the ruin.

I was sad.
