In the description of IRON SKIN says "Block additional 5% damage"
That mean only when i'm using block
Or when i wear a shield
OR its just block 5% of incoming damage (iff i have to recieve 100dmg that mean i will recieve 95dmg)

When you are active blocking.

You don't have to use a shield to block. This means when you are actually using the "block" mechanic you take 5% less damage.

That means when i press Right click of the mouse ?

Yes. When you hold right mouse button you get the bonus. When you do not hold right mouse button you do not get the bonus.
