NEW XBOX ESO MAP VIEW.... why so far away?
The map on new xbox does not zoom in all the way? IK its not just me....

ya thats weird... this issue only started when i started using the newest Xbox... i reallllly wish they would fix it beacuse its EXTREAMLY inconvenient

ya.... i should hook my origional xbox one up to do maps ect on them.....beacuse this is unbearable... when i wanna pickpocket i cant even see the inside of towns properly.,... and no reply to my tickets either

I think it’s because the PS4 upsampled to 4K and the PS5 is native 4K. I don’t believe the game code accounts for the difference properly and causes resolution issues. I seem to remember the wayshrine icons looked smaller on the map on PS4 than they do on PS5, too.

I have no idea, but this sounds plausible. Do believe it's something they could fix if they really wanted to. It just doesn't seem important to ZOS at all, unfortunately. Same with the mini map idea.

Freilauftomate✭✭✭✭Idk if this is new. On my PS4 i couldn't really zoom in on the map either. Had to use the Zoom feature all the time to see anything. You can enable it in the Playstation Settings -> Accessibility and then you have to press the PS button and the square button together every time you want to zoom in.
As far as i can remember this has been a problem for years.0 -
