Explain to me in detail how this Left Hander's Aegis works.

20k damage shield every time I roll? No cooldown?

So I can roll into stealth as NB? If I get exposed roll into stealth again? When I switched from templar to NB I was already using cloak to insta stop burst damage from hitting me which was fun. Something templar can't do anything about except stand there for some seconds. So this belt will let me gain distance and cloak safely?

Here's my question an average roll evades some damage and always lets the window hit some of the damage. Even when doing back-to-back rolls.
Does this do the same for this shield? or can they keep bringing it back while rolling and it blocks EVERYTHING?

I kinda hated when I tried to roll dodge in an AOE or something and still get full hit blasted or someone has a beam on me and I roll dodge out of habit just to die.

As for your question, yes any time you roll dodge, the mythic activates, preventing damage taken, as long as you can maintain your stamina, for what little it’s worth.

Now, for my opinion on it… when I first heard of it, I was extremely excited, as I believed it would not replace my roll dodge, but instead augment it. Needless to say after farming it and using it, that excitement rapidly diminished.

Where it misses the mark, is that you need to pair it with immovable pots because you’re unable to dodge any stuns. If the mythic still allowed you to dodge abilities like Javelin, while still taking the damage, it would have been perfect.

As is, it’s not worth farming for, or slotting, sitting in the unused pile with others… like Belharza’s Band

Remind me, is that 20K in PvE and 10K in PvP? I tried it when it came out. I even paired it with Jorvuld's to increase the shield duration to 1.4s. At the end of the day it's just different to a dodge roll. Yes it mitigates AOE, but you give up the ability to mitigate all single-target damage, regardless of size. I'm always looking for that key item that will take care of my defense, so I can spec into damage and sustain otherwise. Without such an item, other NBs have incapped me for as much as 20K in CP PvP. A 10K shield, or even a 15K shield, isn't looking so good when you could previously dodge roll incaps and spec bows completely. I found this mythic "meh". It wasn't a clear win. It changed my build without making it better. Take something as weak as Markyn and the least you can say about that is that it improves the build over not wearing it. Not that I especially recommend Markyn. You want a single defensive item that is also tricky, but has been a clearer win for me at least, try the Esoteric Greaves. For a nightblade that is, and probably a mag or hybrid blade. The Greaves are far from being for everyone, just like Lefthander's, but on a squishy, cloaking nightblade they offer gank protection and they lengthen your attack window before you need to disengage. In particular they allow you to take a Dawnbreaker combo to the face from something like the "weaker" (in terms of damage) / tankier wardens out there, although they don't help against the Master's DW DOT meta.
PC EU: Magblade (PvP main), DK (PvE Tank), Sorc (PvP and PvE), Magden (PvE Healer), Magplar (PvP and PvE DD), Arcanist (PvE DD)
PC NA: Magblade (PvP and PvE every role)

i believe the mythic states that the shield ignores battle spirit, so its the same value regardless of pvp or pve
