Identical appearance NPCs

In Dawnbreak, Auridon, are two NPCs that are identical in every visual way possible.
Here you can see Mirkalinde on the left and Elannie on the right mourning her father.
Like they aren't related and some twins we encounter in-game still have small differences between them.
This is clearly a bug right ? One of them got it's model overwritten or such...
