'On A Short Leash' Achievement is Bugged (With very clean logs to prove it)

In this achievement you have to defeat Vykosa in veteran Moon Hunter Keep without any party member taking damage from her restrained wolf pet.
Restrained is a debuff put on the dog that is pulled against the wall, and is tracked in logs.
My group did this 3 times in a row and didn't get the achievement at all.

You can also see here that Ary did not do damage to any group member at all, even when unrestrained.

I would greatly appreciate it if this achievement could be added to our accounts retrospectively please. Or even just fix the bug so we can go back and get it.
I have actually attempted this achievement on 5 different days now, multiple runs on each day, trying different strategies and seeing if we could get it to work.
Here are some logs from todays other runs if it helps with the debugging process:
