Merciless Resolve - keep your stack outside of combat bug

Hi, this morph is bugged. You don't loose stack outside of combat. So I can do 5 light attack from range. Desengage, then I can Hank on player with my spectral bow with 100% chance crit using cloak. When people will realize that... Pvp will be unplayable.
The stamina morph is fine though, you loose stack outside of combat.
