Descritpion: help make amendments for Finedrn's misdeed OR kill him
Objectives: 1)deliver X amount of Tomatos to Semiral, 2)do something to Altmer commander Faruin to let go of ill feelings, 3)Atrius - help him and when you do, he'll be happy to help and let go of ill feelings.
Reward: no more prattling of Zalapu

ZOS could do such mini-quests. To show that the vanilla world is not stuck in the past. But I honestly doubt it...

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. It's not that hard.2 -

She cries for help but its no way to free her.

Attacking Semiral for feeding his mount while hes in stock and demanding payment for it or attacking a Khajiit eating an salad side dish.
