Staves are increased by weapon damage, which makes sense since youre using the staff for the power. Otherwise, consider the actives as spells. So they would use spell penetration.slopezgamesub17_ESO1 wrote: »I tested the Thief as well and no increase to my spell or weapon crit. Probably gonna stick to apprentice till it gets fixed.
Quick question does the Apprentice stone also apply to destruction staff skills. I guess what I mean are the skill considered spell attacks?

I don't know, but I still have the Prismatic Staff from the Mage Guild quest with Crit on it and the Thief Stone works for me.
Does anyone know if this works with healing from life leaching skills from NightBalde?
It worked when I used it. I was keeping up with horses in Cyrodill in early access.Rotherhans wrote: »Does Steed actually work though?
I got it recently and quite frankly I´m not feeling any quicker at all.
Meh, without it I easily kept up with the imperial draft horses too, as long as my stamina held out.It worked when I used it. I was keeping up with horses in Cyrodill in early access.Rotherhans wrote: »Does Steed actually work though?
