Fire Impulse/Pulsar/Ring: It has an effect called
Afterburn, that deals more dmg based on enemies' missing health.
Storm Impulse/Pulsar/Ring: dmg increased based on how many enemies hit
While, Frost version: Gives
Minor Protection . Something that we can easily get in A LOT of other sources, I think (nearly?) every class has access to minor protection, + Fighters Guild has minor protection, Oakensoul Ring has, etc.
My point is: Fire and Shock Impulse effects doesn't override buffs, because they have unique effects, while Frost....is there possibly overriding something that we already have.
My fix would be...give it an unique armor buff when applied to friendly targets and yourself, like something called "Snow Veil" that gives 990 armor or something.
Plus: I think Shock and Flame Reach should have the same initial damage as Frost Reach, so buff them, it would be cool to have some alternatives.
Edit 2: Nerf Elemental Drain and morphs to be 1 element instead of 3. It's too obnoxious and it's called "Flame Staff", not "3-in-1 Staff", I would say this to Force Pulse as well but people might disagree
