No Set Armor Drops in Forgotten Crypts

On PC/NA, I've spent several days trying to get any kind of set armor to drop in Forgotten Crypts and it's just not happening. At first, I was searching for a specific item, but when I realized that I was getting all weapons, I started going there just to prove there was a problem. I've now gotten well over 100 set weapons but no armor for any set at all. According to multiple online source, bosses should be dropping hands and shoulders for Mother's Embrace, Mother's Sorrow, and Plague Doctor in all weights. If the drop chances are even across all possible items, roughly 1/3 of the drops should be armor. So, unless there's some bizarre curation going on there, that goes well beyond RNG to statistically impossible.

Is anyone else seeing the same problem? In the unlikely event that it matters, I was playing a level 40-50 solo arcanist; at the time, I hadn't yet acquired full sets of any of them in my sticker book.

Those drops are supposed to be curated to be either hands, shoulders, or a weapon.
Weapons are a much larger part of that pool, and if you had already collected the hands and shoulders for all 3 sets you will not see those items again until youve collected all weapons.

The chance for a hands or shoulders is not 1/3 since there is 13 different weapon pieces to get.

Getting nothing but weapons is a godsend. Do not change!

13 weapons, 6 different armors (2 pieces x 3 weights), and specials. So, assuming those are distributed evenly, which I admit is a big assumption, armor should drop 6/20 times, which is 30%.

I will say that curation may be part of this, since I didn't know that was a thing until now (I'm new), but I've been back since getting the full set in my sticker book and I'm still only getting weapon drops. I'll give it another shot later today and see what happens. If anyone else gives it a try, I'd be interested to hear what their results are. Maybe it's something specific to me, or maybe curation followed by some astounding weapons-only RNG. I'll post back if anything changes.

Yeah, if you already have all of the body armor in your sticker book, then only weapons will drop for you until the book is completed.

Okay, it looks like this was just a case of me not knowing about the curated drops combined with a little unlucky RNG even after I'd completed the set.

Just to confuse the issue, though, this time around I got two Plague Doctor's Pauldrons...but I haven't completed that set and I *do* already have the pauldrons in my sticker book. From what I was told (and you guys confirmed), that shouldn't happen. Gah!

Oh, wait, I just figured that last part out. They can't drop the one item I'm still missing in that set, so everything's available once again.

If You go this route than You are mistaken. There is 2 armor pieces to get from each set and also each of the sets have 13 weapon pieces pieces which gives us overall 45 diferent item pieces, 39 different weapons and 6 different armor pieces. That makes it 1/15 or around 6,7% chance to get excatly what You want.
