Eso is a fantasy game. It's totally cool to include more imagination and creativity for new in-game items/collectibles. Including polymorphs.

Players make their own decisions on how their characters' look, and what stuff they buy and use. If a player does like colorful, shiny, glowing, sparkly "flashy" stuff, then let him or her have it and use it. If a player doesn't like flashy stuff, then don't get it and/or use it.

There are some players who like flashy stuff and there are some who don't. Everyone has their own taste.👍

In my opinion it's not about being or not plebs since you can buy those things even with seals but more on having or not good taste.
As I said this is just my opinion.

How about one that makes us look like we're transparent water? Kinda like that one quest with the Prophet when he was showing us his past. It took into account our gear and weapon which was really cool.
