Ember appears to be broken

For some time now, Ember has been pulling aggro from distant targets and bringing them to my peaceful location. In addition, she also seems to be afflicted with Mirri's old behavior of not fighting, just standing by and doing her combat barks without actually fighting. PC, Windows 11 and 10, two different systems and installs. I've tried to dismiss her and recall her, to no avail, as the behaviors still happen. Anyone else having this issue, which is getting worse, or am I simply cursed?

✭✭✭✭✭never had issues with the companions aggroing on something far away, unless you aggro'd it and never actually stopped to fight it, then it gets into a weird loop of getting tethered but the companion is chasing it, then the companion tethers to use but manages to aggro the npc and goes back and forth like that until you get far enough away
the other issue with the companion standing around not doing anything, is not limited to ember or mirri, but can happen to literally any of the companions, but only seems to happen in certain content (there are certain dungeons where this behavior will very reliably happen)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
