Cryptcanon lead drop rate

I killed the delve boss for the 3rd lead over 30 times just today, still no lead. If a lead only has a single or a very limited source that players need to compete over (Such as a specific boss or treasure chests in a single dungeon) the drop rate should be highly increased if not set to 100% for the first drop. Otherwise things get absurd.
