New Telvanni Event

This new event is poorly designed. There is a constant flood of people posting in zone that they do not know what to do. No one seems sure what is needed to progress the event and the quests are way too involved and confusing. I see we are well past 10EDT and there is NO PROGRESS shown on the event page and it seems likely to me that there is no progress because people are just not finishing these quests though it is possible that the devs just couldn't be bothered to update the page as promised....

I have pages, I have no idea what to do with them. I've seen them for sale, so I guess somebody else had no idea either

I did an event quest yesterday that was extremely long and incredibly boring. Please don't make me do that ever again!
At least I just need to kill a world boss for tickets.

Did the NPC for the pages quest move for anyone else? Yesterday I did the big running around quest and didn't understand what the pages quest was to count towards the rewards. Looked it up an found the guy was by the sisters with the huge crowd but he did not have a quest marker until I spoke to him. I got the pages and when I go to turn it in, he's now by the The Impresario. Then this morning I thought he'd be back where I got the quest the first time but he was still at The Impresario.

The entire thing is a pointless mess. I am doing a WB daily for the tickets and calling it a day.

No, you vote when you turn in the pages quest. Doing Tralise's quest isn't a vote.

Did event stuff for a good chunk of time last night.

I was able to pull in around a dozen pages over four hours. This does seem like a low drop rate - it took me an hour or so of farming to get the initial five pages to complete the pages quest (sorry, forget the name).

Definitely some confusion over what gives tickets and what doesn't. I ended up doing Tralise's quest thinking that would give tickets. Even if it did, having to plough through Gorne (in my opinion the toughest public dungeon in the game), a delve and the Dwemer dungeon would seem like a little too much for just two tickets.

But having completed Tralise's quest and got the three artifacts I was then directed to the Bastion Nymic quest. Completed that and finally got my tickets.

So to summarize:

• Seems like a lot of work to get two tickets, especially compared to the Zeal of Zenithar event. I would suggest that the tickets are handed out once the five pages are returned.
• Page drops seem a little low. I can see someone getting unlucky with the RNG and having to farm for hours to get the five pages.
• It is very unclear as to which daily quests give out tickets vs those that don't.

Not everything is bad though. I loved that there were plenty of people participating in this event. It was easy to group up for the Bastian Nymic (although some of us got left behind before realizing we could only fit four people in an instance). Had a lot of fun there and will probably do several of these during the event. Killing off Herald's Seekers was fun too and I relished jumping into any fights in progress. Finally got the group boss achievement in Gorne too.

There seems to be a lot of confusion both in the forum and the zone (but overall the community has been great and very helpful!)

Tickets: You get your daily tickets and golden box from completing any of the Necrom dailies (delve, WB, or Bastion Nymic).

Event Progress & Vote: You progress the event and vote to support Tralise (music box) or Yensa (tome) when turning in a bundle of five esoteric parchments.

The quest from Tralise for the relics is a sort of tour of Necrom quest (these also existed in past events, but were not connected to any other quest or story as I recall). You don’t have to complete it for tickets or to turn in pages. The reward is a purple coffer.
