Not sure if this really counts as a bug, maybe an oversight.
I can't complete the cost of knowledge today because I have already completed the Bastion Nymic daily. Talking to Ordinator Tandasea, she just tells me the attacks are over.
Granted, I can probably just continue it tomorrow, but it's a bit annoying.
