Would it be possible that we could pay at once to upgrade the speed, endurance and carrying capacity to 60?

Under conditions of course, for example: already have these three characteristics at the max on at least one character,to be able to increase to the maximum only one capacity per week etc....

it's really tedious and boring to have to start all this again for each of the new characters we create.

Doubt it they want you to lose patience having to slowly level up your riding skills over 6 months so that your more likely to buy the riding lessons from the crown store.

Bare minimum I would expect from them is to add those riding lessons to the master writ vendor in the same way they have the research scrolls, though I doubt that will happen either.

You can buy 6 x bundles of 10 scrolls of each speed, endurance and carrying capacity from crown store and just use em. I do that every time I create a character in PTS, it takes 18 PTS crowns. I don't remember what those bundles cost at live (1K? I never buy that kind of stuff) but whatever-it-is * 18 (18K?) to skip 6 months in 2 minutes.

However unlikely it might be to happen, Riding Lessons for writ vouchers is a good idea, though.

Maybe they could make being able to upgrade riding skills more than once a day a perk of ESO+.
It is tedious having to do this every day and I'd love the option of being able to upgrade more often.

I am almost done on my first character, so 8 (possibly 9) more to go. I know some people get a sense of achievement out of doing this, but I don't feel anything apart from relief because very soon I'll have one less annoying chore standing between me and actually playing the game.

People have said ESO+ is not as good value as it used to be. Making riding upgrades less limited with ESO+ would give a nice incentive for people to sub.
I will never, ever pay extra RL money for riding lessons. So the fact that they are in the cash shop is irrelevant to me. The sub is expensive enough. I think it's downright cheeky to ask for a sub and then shove basic utility behind a paywall as well.

I've always thought a good compromise is that when you visit the stable once a day, you can buy one lesson for all three types of training. That would reduce the total time to get to 60/60/60 to 60 days instead of 180.
