Disbanding group neds to go away as a function in 4 man groups

I was in eden hollow 1 and the tank ran ahead and completed the dungeon pretty much solo and i missed out on the quest as a result. because he disbanded the group i couldnt go back after the end with the other players and clear out the dungeon on our own. Clearly this is wrong and ZOS should take awa the disband group function as it is being abused.
