Someone can help me. I'm playing a new character( kajit) but at vulkhel guard hunzur is disapeard so a can not restart dragonguard legacy quest

The latest patch removed the prologue quests if you're under a certain level to prevent new players getting overwhelmed with quest spam right out of the gate. They'll show back up once you get to a higher level.

The next patch will also restrict the prologues to certain zones to further help new players.

If you want to do a prologue from a different zone or a lower level, you can always start it through the free starter in the Crown Store instead.
