Possible bug on one character on EU server

Hello, today I noticied while trying to play that I lost all my NPC companions on 1 character.
I tought that the server that I play the most (PCEU server on Steam) had some kind of problem, but talking to my guild it seems that it might be some bug.
I have some alt characters and none of them were affected. I have 2 caracters on NA server and they weren't affected when regarding the companions.
Thank you for reading, would like to know if theres anything that can be done, or would I have to do the quests again, because to me those quests are not easy to do again. They are both from DLC's. While I do a lot of dungeons, Necrom Companions it's not something that it's repetable, since it's not the first time that happened.
