Maintenance for the week of March 31:

Warsong Gulch. It's a capture the flag based battleground.
How to win:
12. Which ever team captures the most of the enemy team's flags wins
13. Battleground duration is 20 minutes
14. Player has to click on flag to pick it up or drop it
15. Split up into defense and offense, have at least 2 teammates sneak around and capture the flag.
I was thinking about how some of the battlegrounds in world of warcraft are and how they are set up. I tried eso battlegrounds and aren't as fun. So maybe if eso expanded on the battleground types and add in some new battlegrounds. even improve on current ones... even on all pvp group content. I would do pvp a lot more in eso.
The current eso battlegrounds have 3 team's of 4 fighting each other. The suggestion I make for eso battlegrounds is to have new maps, more variety of objectives, different team sizes and amount of teams, and what else..
What is your idea or a suggestion for new and or improved battlegrounds for eso?

Warsong gulch summarized:
It is found between Ashenvale and the Barrens. This is where the horde and the alliance fight over the land. Mostly orcs vs night elves. The two bases are named Silverwing Hold and Warsong Lumber Mill. The orcs wanted the land so they were choping down all the trees to build their cities. The night elves strongly disapproved of the orcs destroying their forests and that the orcs were trying to take over their land.
Facts about this battleground:
1. Two teams of 10
2. Each team's base is located at opposite ends of the map
3. Each base has multiple entrances and exits (underground tunnels, main level hallway, through the side onto the roof, etc) bases have 3 floors.
4. There is one flag that displays the team's icon located in the room in the back of the base
5. There are a few hiding spots in the general environment. More in bases.
6. The map of the battleground is huge
7. Respawn point is located outside of the base but close enough to get enemies and to run into the middle of the map
8. There are random single use buffs that once a player on either team steps on it they get the buff. The buffs are utility based (bonus healing, movement speed, bonus attack damage) last only 15 seconds.
9. once flag carrier is defeated the flag gets returned back to its original base

and this battleground mode seems fun except for the time duration as i like how current modes require a specific amount of points to winmiaow! i'm Luna ( she/her ).

the BG modes technically already have time durations, i think 15 minutes is the hard timer for ending, whoever has the most points within the timer is the winnerplays PC/NA

✭✭I played thousands of wsg matches from 2007 to 2010 and then on private tbc server from 2012 to 2015. So many fun matches.
I've played thousands of matches in eso in bgs and I don't think I've ever had a good capture the relic game (outside of intentionally holding on the relics and farming other teams who tried to end the game in 3 minutes without fighting anyone).
