Castle Thorn Last Boss Bugged

So, for the first time me and my OH encountered a bug on the last Boss, Lady Thorne, where the circles either didn't appear, or appeared but didn't move. My OH could see them, sometimes, when I couldn't and vice versa. Ended up wiping on the last boss several times because of this.
Reading through the past threads this has been happening for years! It just so happens we'd been lucky enough to not have encountered this before.
We are on Xbox. The game is fully updated, as are the Xboxes.
We were both using Arcanists.
Both had Azander as our companions.
