Clannfear Heal Bugged?

Has anyone noticed their clannfear not always healing them? Even without healing debuffs, sometimes I press the clannfear skill button, see the animations, but I die and don't see any heals in my death recap.
- Casual Roleplaying PVE player PC/NA
- Tank ~CP2600 'Sugar-Flame'
- I've completed all the dungeon trifectas, Misery's Master, Mind Mender, Swashbuckler Supreme, Godslayer, Gryphon Heart, Immortal Redeemer, Tick Tock Tormentor, Dawnbringer, and I'm looking for nice folks to complete more trial achieves with.

Improved Death Recap.
I die to dots that should be easily healed when I'm pressing the clannfear heal, but instead I die and the heals don't show in the recap.- Casual Roleplaying PVE player PC/NA
