Question about the new Group Finder tool

This was touched on briefly during the reveal stream, but wasn't entirely clear.
Will the new group finder tool allow people to make full, 12-player BG lobbies? Or will we still only be able to join a BG queue with 4 players using the tool?
The former would be a huge win for the BG community. If it allows for full 12-man lobbies, that should absolutely be highlighted - lots and lots of PvP players would appreciate that addition.

Loving the look of EA btw, seems like a lot of fun!
EDIT: Kevin has confirmed that it will not allow for 12-man BG lobbies. While a big shame, at least it'll make trial grouping easier I guess

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

should be 4, it starts on monday (sept 18) and will likely go until oct 16 (2 weeks before the oct 30 release)
at least thats the time we will probably get PTS patchesplays PC/NA
