Soulshriven tower, broken stairs
At the top of the Soulshriven tower in Stormhaven there is a broken area of stairs that leads to the very top where there is a Thieves Trove. After you jump the gap and try to go up there stairs, you fall through them. Area highlighted in picture.

✭✭✭I can reproduce this. There's no collision on the stairs.

It's not just that tower but all broken towers like that the floor on that section you fall through. PS EU0

i can also confirm this happens on multiple towers throughout the game,
PC EU, if you fire an ice staff at the steps the frost appears on the stairs one level below you if you walk slowly towards the stairs you can see your about to fall through it seems to be a broken mesh or something.
Hope this bug is in line to be fixed as thieves troves are on top of many of these towers. this has also happened to me in cyrodil when questing so i don't think it is zone or instanced related. i have also tried disabling all my addons and repeated the steps multiple times and bug still remains.
