Companion and Summoned Pets keep despawning Western Skyrim

I have noticed a bug the past couple of days.

I am playing a sorceror with clannfear and a twilight always summoned and Bastian as a companion. The past couple of days, especially in southern Western Skyrim, near where you do Rigurt's quests, all three of those will just suddenly despawn. I am not going through a loading screen, I am not in a fight, no other players around me, they just disappear. The last time it happened, my horse that I was riding at the time disappeared. One time I had just logged on, Bastian was in the middle of saying something, I had went two feet to harvest something, and heard my clannfear cry out and they were gone.

I have looked online for any mention of this, but I can't find anything. It isn't a gamebreaking bug, because I can still resummon them, it is just a bit annoying, especially if I don't notice they are gone until I am already in a fight.

Edit: Forgot to mention that I play through Epic on PC on NA server.

Edit 2: I also had this bug with the Temple of the Two Moons in Elsweyr. When I left the main courtyard, where there is the gate in the fence (but no transition) my pets and companion despawned. I respawned them and went back through and they were again despawned.

This happens usually in a very specific spot. Where abouts is it exactly in skyrim? There used to be one by the Bangkorai gate in Craglorn but that one got fixed. Its worth standing in that spot and reporting it in game so they can get all the metadata about your character and the location etc

Thanks, It seems to happen in a couple of spots in Skyrim. I don't think it is the same one.

One of them was close to where the reach transition gate was, just above it, I was on my way to that area to see what was there when they despawned.

There was another I think above where you are supposed to get Rigurt's quest as well.

*heads off to figure out how to report things in game*

Thanks again, I found three spots that I reported, one in Northern Elsweyr (Tenmar Temple) and two in WEstern Skyrim (both near Rigurt's quest area). Interestingly enough, at least the temple one only worked one way. Going in, I kept my companions, coming out they were all despawned. It also affected mounts, and drew my weapon as if I had been attacked.
