Yeah, I notice them a lot, too, without looking for them. Once I even mistook someone's title for their character name, because I didn't realize there was such a title-- even though it's a commonly-used one ("Lady of Misrule"). Just goes to show how little I've bothered with titles. Later, I started noticing several other characters with that same "name," at which point I realized that it was a title, not a character name. /dunceI've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

✭✭I have not gotten around using titles in this game. Maybe its combination of never noticing other peoples titles and not caring about achievements any more after AWA. I think I do not have any silly enough to use but I have to admit I have never been interested enough to check. (In an other game I was as uninterested until I got title "Lord of the Jungle" which I found amusing.)

Jack-0✭✭✭✭✭In Ultima Online, best MMO of the old days, you could earn fame by killing dangerous foes; with enough of it, this conferred the title of Lord (or Lady) on the character.
On my good (i.e. virtuous) characters, their title would end up being the Glorious Lord Xyz, my murderers would typically rock the Dread Lord title instead.
In ESO, I default to Lord when I don't have a shiny, newly-earned title to show off 0 -

✭I use Lunar Champion on my khajiit sorcerer. I try to swap it every now and then, but nothing else usually feels as fitting as that one. I could see him fitting Shadow Blessed well too.... but I'll probably never put in the time and effort to get the achievement for it so whatever, haha.
Also disagree with this. In any MMO I play, myself and the people in my gaming circles look at titles. We think it's interesting to see what title a player uses. Do they run a funny title? One that suits their character? Are they using a hard to get one that many people might not have? I like to imagine each of my characters as just another citizen of Tamriel. No hero stuff at all, they all just tend to get involved in all sort of adventures by pure happenstance.

- Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
- Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).
