Customer Support automated response needs to be more obvious

I've seen countless posts from players that have submitted tickets and received the automated response that don't realize they need to reply to that for their ticket to continue through the process. It's not intuitive and while it does say to respond within so many days if the issue is not resolved, this doesn't stand out and is easy to miss.

I would suggest that the automated response include a question, such as the one below, that will catch the player's attention and make sure they get the help they need.
